🕌 Taj Mahal Solitaire
Taj Mahal Solitaire is a Klondike-style variant with a unique twist. Build tableau columns down by one rank using alternating colors (red on black, black on red), and move valid sequences. Foundations build Ace→King by suit. An empty column may take any single card or a valid sequence. If a tableau column has only one card left, that card becomes protected and can’t be used on the tableau until the stock is empty. Click the stock to reveal a new open card (single pass).
🎯 Objective
Move all cards to the four foundations (A→K by suit).
📜 How to Play
- Build down in alternating colors on the tableau; you may move ordered sequences.
- Start foundations with Aces and continue each suit up to King.
- Use empty columns for any card or sequence to reorganize.
- Draw from the stock to reveal an open card; once the stock is depleted, protected singletons lose protection.
đź’ˇ Strategy Tips
- Open columns early to stage multi-card moves.
- Work taller stacks first—protected singletons can stall progress until the stock runs out.
- Don’t rush cards to foundations if they help build longer sequences on the tableau.
✨ Why Play
Classic Klondike flow with the “protected card” wrinkle—fast, tactical, and satisfying.
